Making Purchases |

If you wish to make purchases
of products or services described
on the Site, you will be asked

to The Check Depot will be

You agree to pay all charges
incurred by authorized users
of your account and credit
card or other payment mechanism
at the prices in effect when

We will replace any Check
Depot manufactured product
found to contain printing
errors caused by The Check
Depot or to be defective in
workmanship or materials.
While The Check Depot takes
care in the manufacture of
such products, it is commercially
impossible to detect all errors
and imperfections. Therefore,
no other warranty is given,
and all affirmations, samples
or models made or shown are
for illustrative purposes
only.
THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY
IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES
AND REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT
NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT
WILL THE CHECK DEPOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL
OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE
OR DISCRIPTION DAMAGES RESULTING
FROM ANY USE OR MISUSE OF
ANY PRODUCT OR ANY ACT OR
OMISSION BY THE CHECK DEPOT,
NOR WILL THE CHECK DEPOT BE
LIABLE FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY
(OR OTHER OBLIGATION BINDING
UPON THE CHECK DEPOT) IN AN
AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE PURCHASE
PRICE OF THE PRODUCT ACTUALLY
PAID TO THE CHECK DEPOT.
A possibility exists that
the Site could include
inaccuracies or
errors. Although
The Check Depot
attempts to ensure
the integrity of
the Site, it makes
no guarantees whatsoever
as to its completeness,
correctness, or
accuracy. In the
event that such
an inaccuracy arises,
please inform The
Check Depot so that
it can be corrected.
Price and availability of
products and services offered
on the Site are subject to
change without prior notice.
To the extent we provide information
on availability of products
or services, you should not
rely on such information.
The Check Depot will not be
liable for any lack of availability
of products and services you

agreement shall be unlawful,
void, or for any reason unenforceable,
then that provision shall
be deemed null from this agreement
and shall not affect the validity
and enforceability of any
remaining provisions. This
agreement constitutes the

matter herein and cannot be
modified except in a written
agreement signed by both parties.
Any heading, caption, or paragraph
title contained in this Agreement
is inserted only as a matter
of convenience and in no way
defines or explains any paragraph
or provision hereof.
