errors can occasionally occur.
If
your order contains errors that you submitted and
approved when placing your order, or we submitted
and sent you an order confirmation to confirm, the
responsibility to reprint is yours, however, we
offer a 10% courtesy discount on a rerun.
The
Check Depot is committed to customer satisfaction.
We will reprint or refund the cost of any product
that fails to meet our customer’s quality
expectations. However, we are not responsible for
typing, image, or design errors introduced by customers.
The Check Depot does not review documents for content
or spelling.
In
the case that we, The Check Depot, make anerror
(ie, wrong paper, typographic errors we make or
omissions), we will rush a reprint and ship
your order at our expense. Remakes will ship the
next business day via your original shipping method.
(ie If your original order shipped ground, the replacement
will ship ground, if your original order shipped
express service, remake will ship out the same express
method). While
The Check Depot takes care in the manufacturing
of such products, however, it is commercially impossible
to detect all errors and imperfections.

numbers match what you entered on your order. What
you enter as your account number online is what
will be printed. PLEASE PROOF CAREFULLY!
All orders are furnished on the condition that liability
is limited to the replacement of the incorrectly
printed order without additional liability for special
or consequential damages. Report of errors must
be made in writing to our customer
care department within 45 calendar
days after delivery. If no such claim
is made, it will be understood by both The Check
Depot & you, the customer, that the job has
been accepted as furnished.
